About

Who We Are

Since 1986, Systems Builders has been a general contractor in Indianapolis and the surrounding area. The construction of buildings and facilities that are efficiently designed and highly functional has been the goal. Our reputation for excellence in construction is exemplified in the projects we build for our clients.

Why SBI?

General Construction Services In-House

To speed the design process, SBI incorporates advanced construction software tools for design, estimating and bidding. Much of the preliminary work is done in house, which allows us to respond quickly to changing technology. These technology tools also form the foundation of our commitment to bringing buildings in on budget and on time.

Permit approval, drainage requirements, zoning approval, etc. may cause lengthy delays. With our experience, we can accelerate the processes and even assist with technical presentations to zoning boards, technical committees and other regulatory agencies to minimize delays.

Trusted Partnerships

Systems Builders is an exclusive supplier of VP Buildings and has maintained its strong relationship since 1986. For a sampling of their metal buildings, visit our Projects page or their website for more information. As you browse through their site, you will find that VP [www.vp.com]is a company that offers flexibility and accessories that will work in your general construction project.
General Construction Remodel
A partnership with our subcontractors is equally important. We work closely with highly service-oriented specialists—some of whom have been part of the team for many years. We are confident that they will work as part of the team to complete your project.

What We Value

Our success is contingent upon our clients’ success. The business owners we’ve worked with in the past still call on us today. As their business grows, so do we. We have strong relationships with many developers, architects and engineers within our marketing area. As you develop your building strategy, we hope you will contact us to discuss your general construction requirements.
